All review, promotional, advertising, and partnership requests are reviewed for relevance, quality, audience fit, and current availability before acceptance.

Book Promotion for Authors

Already Participating in a Virtual Book Tour?

Book Corner News & Reviews services can also be used as supplemental promotion before, during, or after an existing virtual book tour.

Authors and publicists may use an individual Book Corner feature, author interview, editorial review, or social promotion package to add another permanent promotional placement to a larger campaign.

You do not need to choose between a multi-stop book tour and an individual Book Corner feature. Our services can be used independently or as an additional piece of your overall book-marketing plan.

Editorial Book Reviews

Book Corner News & Reviews accepts a limited number of books for editorial review.

Books accepted through an approved book tour may be reviewed without a reading fee as scheduling permits.

Direct review requests from authors, publishers, and publicists may be accepted through our paid editorial review service.

The reading fee compensates for the time required to read, evaluate, write, format, and publish an independent review. Payment does not purchase a positive review, a particular star rating, or a recommendation.

Books 151–300 pages — $30

Books 301–450 pages — $40

Books over 450 pages — starting at $45

An accepted paid Editorial Book Review generally includes:

• A complete reading of the submitted book
• An original editorial review
• Permanent publication on Book Corner News & Reviews
• Book cover and publication information

Authors may add Expanded Social Promotion for an additional $10, which includes @mymamasworld X/Twitter promotion and one Pinterest promotional pin.

Review requests are considered according to:

• Current reading availability
• Genre and subject interest
• Audience fit
• Book length
• Requested timing
• Available format

Payment of a reading fee does not guarantee:

• A positive review
• A particular star rating
• A recommendation
• Specific wording
• A particular opinion or conclusion
• Publication by a specific requested date unless separately confirmed

All editorial reviews reflect the reviewer's honest opinion.

Book Corner News & Reviews reserves the right to decline any review request before payment is accepted.

Once a paid review request has been accepted and reading has begun, the reading fee is generally nonrefundable.

Purchasing a separate promotional service does not influence the content, opinion, or rating of an editorial review.

Publicists, Publishers & Multi-Book Campaigns

Book Corner News & Reviews welcomes ongoing relationships with publicists, publishers, book-tour companies, and authors promoting multiple titles.

Discounted multi-book and repeat-client pricing may be available for projects involving several books or authors.

Book Corner News & Reviews considers a limited number of non-book products and services that are a natural fit for our readers.

Relevant products and services may include:

Providing a complimentary product does not guarantee coverage, a positive review, or publication by a specific date.

When a product is accepted for editorial review, opinions remain honest and independent. Complimentary products, payments, affiliate relationships, and other material connections will be disclosed when applicable.

Brands may also request a paid promotional product feature rather than an independent editorial review. Promotional product features are quoted individually according to the product, content requirements, promotional support, and campaign timing.

Book Corner News & Reviews may edit author-, publisher-, publicist-, brand-, or sponsor-supplied content for grammar, clarity, length, formatting, and consistency.

Paid promotional services provide content creation and exposure. We cannot guarantee specific page views, social media impressions, clicks, followers, book sales, product sales, downloads, bestseller rankings, search rankings, or other specific results.

Editorial reviews remain independent regardless of whether the author, publisher, publicist, brand, or other party has purchased another promotional service.

Book Corner News & Reviews reserves the right to decline any book, author, product, company, campaign, sponsored-content request, or promotional opportunity that is not an appropriate fit for the site or its audience.

Paid, sponsored, gifted, and affiliate content will be disclosed when applicable.
